Shipping And Returns

Our shipping cut-off is 11am Monday to Saturday. For holidays, it depends on the courier whether they will pickup or not. If payment is received and confirmed before cut-off time, we will dispatch your package to the courier same day. After the 11am cut-off (even if paid before), we will dispatch your package the following business day. Your package will be delivered by the courier usually after 1-2 business days from dispatch date if your located within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days for provincial areas. A business day does not include Sundays, regular holidays and  special holiday as delclared by the government and the day the package is shipped. There are no pickup and deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

Please take note: The 11am cut-off is not the time when your package will be shipped out to the courier. The cut-off gives us allowance for preparing. testing and packing your order. 

Minimum Shipping Fee of P80 for Metro Manila and P100 for provincial addresses as long as the weight of the package is below 1kg. Additional charges may incur for package volume weight above 1kg. Volume weight is computed based on the item size not by weight. We do consolidate orders for COMBINE Shipping charges.

We Ship all packages using LRC Courier for Metro Manila and LBC Courier thru Erim Express for Provincial Addresses.

We are NOT accepting rush orders and special delivery arrangements as to the exact time your package will be delivered. As we only rely on the services of couriers, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. Please note that we have no control on delays brought by courier or natural calamities.

RETURN POLICY

If you received an item that has a manufacturing defect, notify us immediately at 09209775211 or info@consoletronix.com.  Your item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all sticker and tags still intack within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the defective item.  Once we receive the item, we will evaluate whether the defect is indeed manufacturer-related.  If so, we will ship to you a replacement item free of charge and shoulder shipping cost both ways.

We do not tear open original packaging in vacuum or sealed packs. We exert our best efforts to visually check items for defects before shipping them out. We check for missing parts, damaged items, dents, and such other defects that affect the functionality of the item. Please note we don't screen minor imperfections like stitches in bags that are not perfectly straight or light scratches in knives and tools, which are not uncommon. Also, given the number of items we sell, we cannot guarantee that we are able to spot all types of defects and imperfections, especially hidden ones.

If you received a wrong item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us immediately thru 09209775211 via call / text. The item(s) must be returned to us in its its original unused condition and original product packaging with all sticker and tags still attached within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the item.  We will coordinate with you on the procedure of the return and ship to you the correct item free of charge.
